Product mistakes / Defective Products

We pay close attention when shipping products, but please confirm the contents promptly after delivery. In case of defective products, incorrect products, product shortages, missing products or returns and exchanges (accepted for unopened items only), please contact DHC Customer Service within 10 days after delivery.

When returning or exchanging products, please use a Yu-Pack parcel (Japan Post) or express courier (takkyubin), and be sure to keep a copy of the tracking number.

In case of delivery problems such as defective products, incorrect products, shortage of products or missing products, we will re-deliver within 2 business days after contacting our customer service center by Yamato Transport.
